Responsible for carry out field service function Company’s Products relate to instrument, installation, troubleshooting, repair, refurbish, preventive maintenance, calibration medical equipment, and other issues of instrument after sales service.
1. Adheres to all SOPs of ISO, policies and procedures.
2. Provide instrument installation.
3. Completes installations and repair services within KPI established by service management.
4. Provide contract preventive maintenance and calibration in accordance with PM procedures
5. Reconditioning Instrument.
6. Service Area Bangkok and Up Country
7. Successfully completes instrumentation training at Sysmex training facility
8. Completion of service report in CRM system.
9. Any adhoc assigned related to job roles.
