Key Job Purpose :
- Integration and execution of regional and local business strategies to achieve goals aligned with the overall company annual and mid-term plan objectives
- Raise competitive barriers across all areas to ensure maximal market share and value retention.
- Ensure achievement of sales, GP ratio, and contribute to operating income according to the budget.
Key Responsibilities Summary :
- Strategic Marketing & Market Development
Translate regional strategies into effective local plans to drive sustainable market share growth and profitability, supported by market trend analysis, lifecycle management, and new product launches. - Tactical Marketing Execution
Lead the planning and execution of integrated product, clinical, and promotional campaigns, including events and product introductions, in collaboration with regional teams, sales, customer care, and business partners. - KOL, Reference Site & Clinical Strategy Development
Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders and reference sites to support clinical marketing strategies, reimbursement initiatives, and competitive positioning across business lines. - Competitive Intelligence & Performance Management
Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and campaign effectiveness; implement timely countermeasures and conduct regular win/loss and strategy effectiveness analyses. - Communication, Reporting & Stakeholder Alignment
Ensure effective internal and external communication through compliant promotional materials, CRM utilization, VOC feedback integration, and regular performance reporting to local and regional leadership. - Training, Leadership & Regional Collaboration
Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and partners, assess training effectiveness, foster talent development, and collaborate closely with RHQ and affiliates to support regional initiatives and reimbursement strategies.
