IT Application Specialist

JOB Scope :
−    Support Sysmex customers in areas of expertise
−    Sell and Setup Sysmex IT products such as LIS, HCLAB to the local customers 
−    Maximize the synergy of IVD and IT business to increase and retain customer base

Job Responsibility :

• Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities :
• Support promotional activities for IT products by sales staff (product presentation and so on)
• Install our IT products at customer sites based on the project implementation
• Execute post-sales customer support based on the service policy and conditions
• Provide the technical assistance to business partners when it's required
• Investigate issues raised by customer or business partner, Ensure timely response to questions
• Strictly follow IT SOP and record IT activities, issues in CRM.
• Provide IT products training and technical support to STH IT and distributor when it’s required.
• Submit monthly time record to HR and IT manager.

Job Specification :
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology
Minimum Experience Required :    At lease 3 years of experience in related
Skills and Knowledge Required :    Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Presentation
Attitude Required : Customer Focused , Team work
Knowledge Desired but not Essential :    Project Management
Travel Requirement :    Available travel outside Bangkok and abroad
