Application Specialist

Key Job Purpose :

• Participate in the development and co-management of strategies for Sysmex Thailand as well as to support the Sales & Marketing team in achieving the target of each business unit (BU)
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting and training to existing & potential users of Sysmex products as well as distribution channels in Thailand

Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Support the instrument installation and its setup of Sysmex products thru providing the application training to customers
2. Plan and execute regular existing customer visit to follow-up the customers’ operation, to monitor the performance of installed products and to maintain regular communication  (provide technical assistance and additional training if it's required)
3. Handle product-related customer complaints & other application issues thru providing assistance for troubleshooting
4. Continual strengthen and keep product & technical knowledge so that these can be translated and explained clearly to customers
5. Providing the technical assistance and training to business partners when it's required
6. Conduct formal in-house training at STH training Center
7. Train others on topics where expertise have developed to expert level
8. Other duties as assign

Job Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology.
• 2-5 years’ experiences in Medical Technology practices (Previous experience in clinical laboratory or Application Specialist)
• Excellent communication skill and prompt internal/external customer response rate
• High problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Interdisciplinary thought and quality awareness
• Well-organized, ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Skilled in MS software application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Functional knowledge laboratory/manufacture equipment, principal technology, systems and processes
• Good and fluent in both written and oral communication skill including presentation skills
• Customer focused with particular attention to prompt customer service
• Travel requirement
• Require to work on weekends occasionally
