Responsible for managing customer order backlogs and supporting timely order fulfillment through effective supply coordination, order review, and stakeholder alignment. Work closely with Supply Planning, Production, Sales, Order Processing teams to monitor open orders, resolve supply constraints, confirm expected fill dates, and support demand allocation decisions. Manage purchases with third-party vendors for drop-shipment orders, ensuring supplier commitments are aligned with customer requirements. Provide accurate and timely order status updates during backlog reviews, proactively escalate fulfillment risks, and drive follow-up actions to improve service levels. Undertake process improvement initiatives to enhance backlog management, order fulfillment efficiency, supplier performance, and overall supply chain metrics.
