Key Job Purpose :

Management of end-to-end customer orders, involving planning, co-ordination and documentation of shipments to our customers on timely basis. Includes close collaboration with internal & external stakeholders, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and drive customer satisfaction, in a cost effective manner. Undertake value added projects to drive continuous improvement and deliver positive supply chain metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for all customer orders, order inquiries, updates, and complaints.
  • Co-ordinate and work closely with Suppliers and Planners to ensure timely supply of goods and delivery information to Customers.
  • Ensure proper Shipping and Bank documentations are generated and verified to ensure timely realization of Sales revenue.
  • Work closely with warehouse team and 3PL are ensure proper processes are practiced in the inbound/outbound operations of goods.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from ERP system to monitor KPI as required to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and track Back Order Reports to work towards zero backlog.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction KPI (data collection/survey).
  • Coordinate delivery document adjustment to facilitate reshuffling of inventory assignment to customer order with warehouse when need arise.
  • Support urgent order processing.
  • Support urgent shipment processing.
  • Attend to order recognition on time.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and ensure processes are executed in compliance with SOX and regulatory standards/requirements.
  • Ensure continuous process improvements to achieve excellence.
  • Provide Backup to the Team and any other duties as requested by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Order Management, or a related function.
  • Experience in sales order processing and management.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and how operational functions collaborate to deliver excellent customer service and business outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and manage supply chain operations effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
