Key Job Purposes :

Manage marketing events like seminars and congresses together with corporate marketing, design messaging, target audience, booth activities with a creative open mindset.

Design market surveys for specific target audience and include questions to capture market interest and potential touchpoints.

Create strategic sales tools around Disease States and support the design of needed collateral, flyers, etc.

Together with the Product Management team produce needed collaterals and sales tools to support the Asia Pacific sales team.

Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities :

1.

Commercial Strategy and Support

  • Manage and coordinate exhibitions, including messaging, booth design, booth activities to accommodate relevant stakeholders.
  • Be part of the Market Engagement Team as a great communicator and team player
  • Manage market surveys, survey question design and analyze survey results.
  • Support and follow up on HCP’s PSA for Asia Pacific.
  • Support product launch process with regional Launch Packs, Regulatory approval notification, and coordinating internal training

 

2.

Marketing

  • Lead or support creation of regional value marketing messages across product portfolio and assay performance data
  • Understand product key feature, market dynamics to generate effective tools for the successful product positioning with aligned messaging
  • Support Exhibitions, FGMs and UGM with content and physical presence
  • Support reference site development for products under BU
  • Support cross-team efforts to integrate product positioning with broader Disease State and patient journey strategies across portfolio`s

 

3.

Competition

  • Derive insights into competitor portfolio and products from all available sources, including surveys
  • Coordinate comprehensive Competitor Guides through understanding product values
  • Develop Win/Loss countermeasures concerning product management issues

 

4.

Regional Training

  • Responsible for delivering and maintaining training of sales and marketing teams across product portfolio and clinical testing areas.
  • Monitor regional training database for assigned BUs to improve knowledge cascade and performance of commercial teams
  • Deliver physical workshops and roleplays to train product value and positioning against competitors
  • Development of Workflow value propositions across the portfolio

 

5.

Additional Projects

  • Participate in Special Projects as assigned
  • Represent Regional Market Engagement in global assignments where necessary

 

 

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a clinical laboratory environment
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the IVD industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Broad knowledge and familiarity with testing and troubleshooting across various laboratory areas
  • Strong understanding of clinical diagnostic pathways
  • Excellent presentation skills, particularly for in-person training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective interdepartmental relationships
