Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support commercial and financial performance across Malaysia and other countries by monitoring sales, forecasts, pricing, credit, and customer management, tracking sales and marketing projects, and serving as the Data Governance Steward for customer and product master data. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in financial or business analysis who are passionate about leveraging data, analytics, and technology to deliver actionable insights that drive regional business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance against forecasts and budgets, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions
• Prepare monthly sales and financial analysis for key accounts 
• Track contracts, tenders, and sales pipelines to support revenue realization 
• Support sales forecasting through cross-functional collaboration 
• Assist in pricing control, including validation of quotations, tenders, and contract pricing
• Develop financial models to analyze trends and business performance
• Maintain customer and product master data in line with regional governance standards
• Support annual budgeting and KPI tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial or business analysis, including supporting multiple countries
• Strong in analytical and financial modelling skills
• Proficiency in Excel with experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an added advantage
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
