Coordinator, Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to ensure smooth order management and deliver exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and 3PL partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders upon receipt of Purchase Orders.
• Plan and manage order fulfillment to meet customer deliverables.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve complaints related to orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate logistics with distributors, warehouses, and transport partners.
• Maintain and tabulate data for accurate monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in order processing, supply chain, logistics, or related roles within Life Sciences, Medical, Pharmaceutical, or 3PL sectors.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS Excel; experience with SAP/S4 Hana is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
