Key Job Purpose:
- Support the Training & Clinical activities of Sysmex Robotic Surgical
- Provide training and hands-on support to the surgeons and nurses
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and improvement of clinical training curricula
- Develop educational materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and assessments
- Support certification and credentialing pathways for robotic surgery users
- Participate in validation and standardization of training programs
- Collect user feedback on system performance and usability
- Report clinical insights, trends, and improvement opportunities to internal teams
- Support post-market surveillance and clinical evaluations when required.
Requirements:
- Academic or professional qualification in Health Sciences (e.g. Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Librarianship, Allied Health, Medicine, or related disciplines)
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in a Nursing or Operating Theatre (OT) environment
- Proven experience in training, education, or healthcare-related communication, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual settings
- Prior experience in robotic surgery handling or support will be an added advantage
