Manage and oversee all general operational support activities related to employee services, welfare, and organizational needs to ensure smooth and efficient company operations.

Responsibility:

  • Manage employee operational needs and facilities, including work asset provisioning, employee benefits, and supporting administrative requirements in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and employee development programs, including internal and external training, talent development, and related documentation.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes and administration, from candidate sourcing and interview coordination to hiring execution.
  • Oversee HR administration processes, including attendance reporting, overtime administration, medical expense verification, and corporate insurance management in compliance with company policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure effective implementation of general employee services, employee support and grievance handling, as well as Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities to support smooth company operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, HR administration, employee engagement, and general operational support.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
