Planning and delivering services to external customers, including hardware and software implementation, functional testing, training, troubleshooting, and system upgrades for marketed IT products. These activities are carried out in accordance with approved work plans, budgets, and applicable policies and SOPs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty across the Sysmex Indonesia work area, whether services are managed directly or through sub-distributors. 

Role & Responsibility:

• Installation, maintenance, functional testing, training, and troubleshooting of the Laboratory Information System
• Assist Sales & Marketing in digging customer’s needs, analyzing them, proposing and presenting IT systems/modules
• IT trend update
• Training program implementation
• Complete documentation in CRM

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of electronic engineering / information technology / computer science from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh graduates with experience as a back-end developer or in IT infrastructure are welcome to apply
• Have an excellent ability in identifying problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• Good command in English and computer literate is a must
• Experience in diagnostics or the healthcare industry is a plus
• Willing to travel and having driving license (SIM A) is a must
