Plan and deliver technical services to customers, including installation, calibration, functional testing, training, maintenance, repair, and retrofit activities for all marketed products, in accordance with approved work plans, budgets, company policies, and applicable SOPs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty across all Sysmex Indonesia territories, whether managed directly or through Sub-Distributors
Responsibility:
- Provide on-site technical services, including installation, calibration, functional testing, maintenance, repair, and retrofit activities, to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with service standards.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation of all Service Engineer activities in the CRM system.
- Collect market and competitor information to support strategic planning and decision-making for Management and related departments.
- Manage spare parts requirements and usage in compliance with SOPs to ensure availability and proper administrative control.
- Support Call Center, Training Center operations, and Sales & Marketing activities, as well as perform inspection and refurbishment of company assets to ensure they are ready for reuse in accordance with standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (customers and distributors).
- Have an excellent ability in identifying problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English (reading and writing technical documentation).
- Have driving liscence (SIM A) & willing to travel
