Senior Manager, Key Account

Responsible for proposing, coordinating, and evaluating the implementation of activity plans, budgets, and sales plans (including sales strategies and programs) for national private key accounts. This role also develops sales forecasts, provides current insights and future sales opportunities related to key accounts, and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance sales effectiveness and achieve the company’s revenue targets.

Roles:

  • Propose strategies within the scope of responsibility, and communicate and monitor their implementation to ensure alignment with the company’s business and departmental strategies
  • Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure achievement of appointed target
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, including reviewing routine while driving continuous performance improvement and reporting outcomes to ensure target achievement and overall performance quality

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or MIPA from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Having min. 2 years experiences as Sales in Medical or Healthcare industry
  • Ability to rapidly understand and learn, communication skills and outstanding leadership credentials
  • Ability to identify problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Mature, resourceful, self-motivated and result oriented
  • Tolerance to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Willing to travel and having driving license (SIM A) is a must
