Senior Lead, Medical Marketing Liaison & Market Access

The Medical Marketing Liaison is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic clinical marketing plans across all product lines in collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons and Product Managers. The role involves identifying opportunities to expand clinical applications and developing clinical marketing strategies, identifying clinical study needs to support product development, and establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with government bodies, professional associations, and relevant healthcare institutions to support product development, clinical value advocacy, and the adoption of Sysmex technologies and products.
Responsibilities:

Translate and bridge medical science, product knowledge, and customer needs into effective clinical and scientific marketing strategies supported by clinical evidence and value.

Provide scientific and product marketing insights and recommendations, and collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons and Product Marketing teams in developing relevant marketing strategies and materials.

Lead the development and execution of high-impact scientific marketing and educational programs through analysis of scientific and product data.

Develop and manage medical marketing tools and provide scientific guidance, consultation, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent product information.

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with government bodies, healthcare associations and institutions, Advisory Boards, Key Opinion Leaders, and regional scientific teams to support scientific advocacy, business objectives, and professional engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical, Biomedical, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in medical marketing, medical affairs, product marketing, clinical application, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Strong clinical and scientific knowledge with the ability to translate complex scientific information into effective marketing and educational strategies.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, government bodies, professional associations, and other key stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and regional teams.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Having SIM A and willing to travel (if needed).
