Senior Lead, Local Key Account Government

Responsible for proposing, coordinating, and evaluating the implementation of activity plans and budgets, including sales strategies and programs across National PKM (Community Health Centers), referral and non-referral hospitals, and Regional Health Offices. The role also develops sales forecasts, provides market insights and future opportunity analysis, and manages tender, e-catalog, and other sales opportunities related to the National Health Insurance (JKN) program to support sales effectiveness and achieve the company’s revenue targets.

Responsibility:

• Plan, organize, and execute sales activities in government sector sales area
• Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure achievement of appointed target
• Determine potential customer and examine their needs according to appointed strategic marketing
• Do product presentation as a representation of the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Medical Technologist, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or MIPA from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Having min. 4-5 years as Sales in diagnostics or healthcare industry and experience handling E-Catalogue 
• Ability to rapidly understand and learn, communication skills and outstanding leadership credentials
• Ability to identify problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• Mature resourceful, self-motivated and result oriented
• Tolerance to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Willing to travel and having driving license (SIM A) is a must
