Develop and propose activity plans, budgets, marketing strategies and programs, marketing intelligence insights, product pricing recommendations, and product registration initiatives. Evaluate product performance, cultivate relationships with advisory boards and key opinion leaders, and oversee the implementation and effectiveness of marketing programs, including new product launches and sales force training, to drive sales growth and optimize commercial performance.
Responsibility:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including new product launches, to drive sales growth, market share, and brand performance.
- Manage demand planning and inventory forecasting to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and CRM data management to support data-driven business decisions.
- Monitor sales performance and marketing budgets while partnering with Sales teams to achieve commercial objectives.
- Lead marketing programs, scientific activities, promotional campaigns, and product evaluations to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), key customers, distributors, and business partners; deliver product training; and ensure compliance with FCA/FSCA requirements.
Requirements:
- Having minimum Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Commercial Marketing within the medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience in sales performance analysis, demand forecasting, inventory planning, and budget management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in interpreting market and sales data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
- Willing to travel as required for customer visits, business meetings, and industry events.
