Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Finance, Accounting & Tax sub-department by planning, directing, controlling, and supervising all financial reporting, accounting, and taxation activities in accordance with company standards, work plans, and applicable regulations. Ensure effective financial governance, compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency to support the department and company in achieving their financial objectives and overall business targets.

Responsible:

• Coordinate the company’s Mid-Term and Annual Business Plan, including budget monitoring and control, to support the achievement of company objectives
• Ensure all taxation activities comply with applicable regulations, government policies, and company standards
• Review financial statements and management reports to ensure accurate and reliable reporting in accordance with applicable standards
• Monitor company fixed assets to ensure accurate recording and optimal asset utilization

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from Accounting/Finance or related major from a reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
• Having minimal 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax and having minimum 3 years experiences as leader
• Have an excellent ability to identify problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• Must be mature, resourceful, self-motivated, and result oriented
• Supported by a good interpersonal and communication skill in collaboration with others
• Good command of English and computer literacy is a must
