Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Finance, Accounting & Business Analyst sub-department by planning, directing, controlling, and supervising all financial reporting, accounting, and business analyst activities in accordance with company standards, work plans, and applicable regulations. Ensure effective financial governance, compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency to support the department and company in achieving their financial objectives and overall business targets.

Responsible:

• Coordinate the company’s Mid-Term and Annual Business Plan, including budget monitoring and control, to support the achievement of company objectives
• Review financial statements and management reports to ensure accurate and reliable reporting in accordance with applicable standards
• Ensure business analyst activities are smooth and can support business operational and strategic decision

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from Accounting/Finance or related major from a reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
• Having minimal 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Business Analyst and having minimum 3 years in leadership skill
• Have an excellent ability to identify problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
• Must be mature, resourceful, self-motivated, and result oriented
• Supported by a good interpersonal and communication skill in collaboration with others
• Good command of English and computer literacy is a must
