Responsible for proposing product activity plans, budgets, and marketing plans, including marketing strategies and programs, supported by marketing intelligence insights. The role also includes proposing product pricing and registration, evaluating product performance, and maintaining relationships with advisory boards and key opinion leaders. In addition, responsible for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of marketing programs, including new product launches and sales force training, to ensure program effectiveness and support optimal sales achievement.

Roles:

  • Develop marketing plans (including strategies and programs) for the assigned products, as well as oversee the execution and implementation of marketing initiatives to ensure all plans are effectively carried out and achieve the established objectives.

  • Ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and implement necessary improvements to support sales activities carried out by the Sales team, enabling optimal sales performance

  • Build and maintain relationships with advisory boards and key opinion leaders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of the defined targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Pharmacy / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Medical Science / equivalent from a reputable university. Master's degree in Business Administration is also preferable.
  • 5 years in healthcare industry (Pharma, IVD industry)
  • Having knowledge and experience in market analysis, developing Business Plan and Product Management
  • Must have proficiency in English
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel
