Key Job Purpose :

The Sysmex Vietnam Supply Chain Executive is the supply chain representative in the business who represents the knowledge and capability of supply chain principles and techniques that can be applied to a market to deliver product that meets the needs of the market.

This role supports the Supply Chain Supervisor/ Senior Supply Chain Executive to drive a foundation of strong supply chain processes within the affiliate.

Ensure all activities and conduct within Supply Chain are complying to all company policies, procedures, and local regulation.

 

Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities :

Supply planning and supply delivery

  • Monitor back order and shortage of supply issue.
  • Import/ Export and local shipments monitoring (specialized customs clearance knowledge, with a focus on how to apply the HS code)
  • Manage the quantity order for sub-label printing through DKSH, and coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs (RA) team on monthly label quantity planning and updates resulting from regulatory or product changes.
  • Payment check and payment support about forwarding service, operation fee, monitor KPI and raise improve ideas.

                  Customer Management

            -     Manage customer sales orders in the assigned territory.

  • Connect LSP and customers to support all problem right time, right way.
  • Provide required documentation to customers upon request.
  • Improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Inventory management

  • Closely working with LSP on the daily inventory activities.
  • Understand the optimum inventory level to early identify the high-risk stock and seek for appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate, and follow up on the excess stock, slow moving item.
  • Manage and implement a good system for tracking all sale order, inbound/outbound/ transfer transactions to ensure inventory accuracy, follow up on solutions if any discrepancy in a timely manner.
  • Manage and resolve inbound shipment discrepancies until completion, including damaged, excess, and short-delivered goods, and coordinate insurance claims for incidents covered by insurance.
  • Perform inventory reconciliation in-house and with 3PL/4PL to assure closing time monthly, annual stock take activity, stock adjustment.
  • Monitor the short shelf life products/ exceed stock to work with related department  for action taken to optimize fullfillment cost.
  • Monitor spare parts warehouse to ensure accuracy complying to process.
  • Understand the optimum inventory level to identify the high-risk stock and seek for appropriate solutions.

Process/ Project

  • Together with the team, accountable to monitor and optimize the SC KPIs.
  • Joining new launch project as a project member offering SC expertise support and ensure new product launches within business / affiliate are aligned with launching plan.
  • To follow up change management i.e. Label change management.
  • To read, update and follow company's standard operating procedures and guidelines in daily work. 
  • To support Managers / Supervisors to make, review and improve standard operating procedures and guidelines. 

 

Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Specification :

Minimum Education Required

Degree in Supply Chain/Business Management or equivalent

Minimum Experience Required

Min 2 years working experience of supply chain work in international business in terms of healthcare

Skills and Knowledge Required

Inventory Management, Importation, Logistics Process Management, Procurement, PC literate, English Communication

Attitude Required

Positive mindset; resourceful; sense of urgency, customer focused, team player, responsible, flexibility

Knowledge Desired but not Essential
