Key Job Purpose :
- To manage territory in line with Sysmex standards, policy performance and strategy under Manager’s instruction
- To co-operate with MKT team to maintain and develop good professional relationship with KDMs, KOLs as well as working closely with them to identify opportunities for business sustainable growth

|
Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities :
- To execute field sales activities to achieve expected sales performance for assigned existing customers on committed number of tests per day as specified into the instrument loan contract which must be in line with instrument “P&L analysis”
- To execute field sales activities to achieve expected sales performance for assigned potential accounts: gather information as required such as price proposal based on market price, competition price in that hospital, customer expectations, trade promotion if relevant, and number of samples our instrument.
- To implement call-plan as required, to participate monthly sales meeting with well-prepared sales report.
- To make sales forecast and report in terms of the field in charge periodically and timely.
- To make documents required for sales & marketing activities under manager’s supervision
- To build-up customer information database, market survey, monitor competitor activities and report consistency
- Execution of brand plan and trade strategy within defined area to promote customer satisfaction & awareness of Sysmex brand customer satisfaction & awareness of Sysmex brand
- To collect & completion of accurate, informative and concise contact reports
- To monitor competitor activity and to report on such activity
- To join sales/marketing and/or other trainings in accordance with manager’s instruction
- Regular account meetings/communication to monitor and review progress and investment in line with agreed objectives
- To read update and follow company's standard operating procedures and guidelines in daily work.
- To support Managers / Supervisors to made, review and improved standard operating procedures and guidelines.

Minimum Education Required
|
University Degree
|
|
Minimum Experience Required
|
Min 2 years relevant working experience in field product marketing and/or sales/marketing management, preferably in IVD field
|
|
Skills and Knowledge Required
|
PC literate, Good English Communication
|
|
Attitude Required
|
Higher sensitivity to work performance with positive mind-set of customer satisfaction, teamwork & compliance, strategic thinking.

|
Knowledge Desired but not Essential
|
Product knowledge about hematology, hemostasis, urinalysis, immunology & bio-chemistry, flow cytometry, marketing principals

Travel Requirement

Flexible to respond to customer request & regional meeting/training
