Key Job Purpose :
- Be responsible for planning, organizing and managing product-marketing activities / field events to promote Sysmex brands and products.
- Be responsible for conducting product-marketing training course and creating product knowledge material and selling tools for sales team.
- Be responsible for building up and management of KOLs, KDMs.

Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for managing all assigned product portfolio of Sysmex and working with vendor to produce related sales and marketing materials.
- Be responsible for strategic planning and execution of new product launch, advanced clinical parameters in the marketplace in line with marketing strategy to achieve expected sales performance of the company
- Be responsible to lead and collaborate with sales team, scientific affair team and other department to conduct studies, clinical evaluation and parameter reference ranges, cut-off values.
- In cooperation with Manager to make up plan and then organize field events to promote awareness of Sysmex brand and develop level of customer satisfaction.
- In cooperation with Sales Team to develop reference sites, build up and enhance good relationship with KOLs, KDMs
- In cooperation with Sales Team to conduct market survey, monitor competitor activities and report to Manager.
- In cooperation with SAP and other departments to conduct product-marketing training for sales team.
- To attend regional meeting & training
- With coordination from other departments, manage activities related to customers' product specification complaints and products' scientific with correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements.
- To read, update and follow company's standard operating procedures and guidelines in daily work.
- To support Manager to make, review and improve standard operating procedures and guidelines.

Job Specification :

Minimum Education Required
|
University Degree (preferably in Pharmacy, Medical Doctor, Biotechnology)
|
|
Minimum Experience Required
|
Min 3 years relevant working experience in field product marketing and/or sales/marketing management in multinational companies preferably in IVD field, working with speakers/KOLs
|
|
Skills and Knowledge Required
|
PC literate, good English communication, scientific research comprehending and participating, strong presentation skill.
|
|
Attitude Required
|
Higher sensitivity to work performance with positive mind-set of customer satisfaction, teamwork & compliance, strategic thinking.
|
|
Knowledge Desired but not Essential
|
Product knowledge about hematology, hemostasis, urinalysis, immunology & bio-chemistry, Flowcytometry, Molecular Biology, Marketing and Sale principle
