Key Job Purpose :

• Primary clinical and technical expert responsible for enabling safe, effective, and optimized use of robotic technology in surgical environments.

Chuyên gia lâm sàng và kỹ thuật chính, chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo việc sử dụng công nghệ robot trong môi trường phẫu thuật được an toàn, hiệu quả và tối ưu.

• This role serves as the “know-how” and master user of the robotic platform, supporting surgeon training, assessment, operating theatre cases, and ongoing clinical excellence.

Vị trí này đóng vai trò là “chuyên gia am hiểu” và người sử dụng thành thạo hệ thống robot, hỗ trợ đào tạo bác sĩ phẫu thuật, đánh giá năng lực, tham gia các ca mổ tại phòng phẫu thuật, và duy trì chất lượng chuyên môn lâm sàng liên tục.

• Works closely with surgeons, nursing staff, hospital stakeholders, and regional headquarters to ensure seamless adoption, continuous improvement, and high standards of clinical performance.

Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bác sĩ phẫu thuật, điều dưỡng, các bên liên quan trong bệnh viện và trụ sở khu vực nhằm đảm bảo việc triển khai được suôn sẻ, cải tiến liên tục và duy trì tiêu chuẩn hiệu suất lâm sàng cao.

• Supports data reporting, case tracking, and escalation of system-related issues.

Hỗ trợ báo cáo dữ liệu, theo dõi ca bệnh và xử lý/escalate các vấn đề liên quan đến hệ thống.

Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Hinotori™ Robotic System within the assigned territory or institution.

Đóng vai trò là chuyên gia đầu ngành (SME) chính về hệ thống robot Hinotori™ trong khu vực hoặc cơ sở được phân công.

2. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize robot utilization, procedural performance, and clinical outcomes.

Chủ động xác định các cơ hội nhằm tối ưu hóa việc sử dụng robot, hiệu suất quy trình và kết quả lâm sàng

3. Provide first-line troubleshooting support and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Cung cấp hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố tuyến đầu và chuyển cấp các vấn đề phức tạp một cách phù hợp.

4. Plan, organize, and deliver structured training programs for surgeons, fellows, and operating room staff on robotic system usage.

Lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và triển khai các chương trình đào tạo có cấu trúc cho bác sĩ phẫu thuật, bác sĩ nội trú/sau đại học và nhân viên phòng mổ về việc sử dụng hệ thống robot.

5. Coordinate onboarding pathways, proctoring sessions, dry labs, wet labs, and simulation-based training where applicable.

Điều phối các lộ trình tiếp nhận (onboarding), các buổi giám sát (proctoring), phòng lab khô (dry lab), lab ướt (wet lab) và đào tạo mô phỏng khi phù hợp.

6. Ensure all training follows company protocols, regulatory requirements, and hospital credentialing standards.

Đảm bảo tất cả hoạt động đào tạo tuân thủ quy trình của công ty, yêu cầu pháp lý và tiêu chuẩn cấp chứng nhận của bệnh viện.

7. Support the assessment of surgeons as part of credentialing and competency validation processes.

Hỗ trợ đánh giá bác sĩ phẫu thuật trong các quy trình cấp chứng nhận và xác nhận năng lực.

8. Provide constructive clinical and technical feedback aligned with defined evaluation frameworks.

Cung cấp phản hồi lâm sàng và kỹ thuật mang tính xây dựng, phù hợp với các khung đánh giá đã được xác định.

9. Provide hands-on clinical support during robotic-assisted surgical cases.

Cung cấp hỗ trợ lâm sàng trực tiếp trong các ca phẫu thuật có hỗ trợ robot.

10. Guide surgical teams on optimal robot setup, instrumentation, docking, workflow efficiency, and troubleshooting to ensure safe system operation and procedural success.

Hướng dẫn đội ngũ phẫu thuật về thiết lập robot tối ưu, dụng cụ, quy trình docking, hiệu quả quy trình làm việc và xử lý sự cố nhằm đảm bảo vận hành an toàn và thành công của ca phẫu thuật.

11. Work closely with regional HQ clinical, technical, and commercial teams to address escalations, system issues, or clinical concerns.

Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các nhóm lâm sàng, kỹ thuật và thương mại tại trụ sở khu vực để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh, lỗi hệ thống hoặc các quan ngại lâm sàng.

12. Support clinical investigations, product feedback, and post-market surveillance activities.

Hỗ trợ các hoạt động nghiên cứu lâm sàng, phản hồi sản phẩm và giám sát sau lưu hành (post-market surveillance).

13. Track and report monthly case counts, system utilization, and procedural volumes.

Theo dõi và báo cáo số lượng ca hàng tháng, mức độ sử dụng hệ thống và khối lượng thủ thuật.

14. Maintain accurate records for training activity, supported cases, and site performance.

Duy trì hồ sơ chính xác về hoạt động đào tạo, các ca đã hỗ trợ và hiệu suất của từng cơ sở.

15. Read, update and follow company's standard operating procedures and guidelines in daily work.

Đọc, cập nhật và tuân thủ các quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn (SOP) và hướng dẫn của công ty trong công việc hàng ngày.

16. Support Manager to make, review and improve standard operating procedures and guidelines.

Hỗ trợ Quản lý xây dựng, rà soát và cải tiến các quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn và hướng dẫn.

17. Any other special projects and duties as assigned.

Thực hiện các dự án đặc biệt và các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.

• To enjoy the full benefits stipulated in the labor agreement and labor law.
• To refuse to perform the tasks assigned by Manager/ Superiors which not in conformity with the law.

Job Specification :

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related healthcare field (clinical background preferred)

Minimum Experience Required

Min 2 years experience in operating theatre environments; robotic surgery experience highly preferred

Skills and Knowledge Required

Strong understanding of surgical workflows and sterile field protocols.

PC literate, Good English Communication

Attitude Required

Strong communication ability to communicate effectively with surgeons and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Comfortable with hands-on technical systems and troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving and escalation judgment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions.

Higher sensitivity to work performance with positive mind-set of customer satisfaction, teamwork & compliance, strategic thinking.
