We’re looking for an Application Specialist to join our friendly Delivery Team, supporting the implementation and success of our digital health and in‑vitro diagnostic solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Implementing and testing applications across our product suite
- Training and supporting end users
- Working closely with customers to ensure great outcomes
- Contributing to product improvements and occasional pre‑sales support
The role is mostly office-based, with opportunities to visit customers across New Zealand and internationally (sometimes up to three weeks at a time). You’ll also take part in an after-hours support roster—because healthcare never sleeps.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisation, initiative, and problem-solving ability
- A proactive mindset and love of learning
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a desire to be challenged
- An interest in health and healthcare technology
Nice to have (but not essential)
- 4+ years in a medical laboratory, health IT, or similar
- Delphic LIS experience (super-user experience highly regarded)
- IT or software application support background
- Tertiary qualification in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or IT
